You might already know Hudson Williams from his role in 'Heated Rivalry,' but did you know he's also a fitness enthusiast? When Hudson visited MH HQ [Link to original MH HQ article], he shared his intense, full-body workout routine. But here's where it gets controversial... it wasn't just the workout itself that caught our attention. The 24-year-old Canadian actor dropped some seriously memorable quotes while demonstrating his exercises, particularly when talking about crushing every single set of his chest workouts.

"I'm a selfish hog," he declared, creating an instant meme-worthy moment. (Seriously, try not to screenshot that!).

Thankfully for all of us, we captured more footage than what initially made it into the first video. Now, MH MVP Premium members get access to these exclusive clips. Williams delves deeper into various topics, including his experience filming the intense hockey scenes, the sports figures who inspired his portrayal of Shane Hollander, and his surprisingly heartfelt message for anyone who feels intimidated by the gym. And this is the part most people miss... it's not just about the physical transformation, but the mental one too.

Oh, and definitely stick around until the very end to witness his unique one-handed clap. Trust us, it involves some serious pec power.

More 'Heated Rivalry' Insights from Hudson Williams:

On His Hockey Experience:

"As soon as I strapped on those hockey pads, I was going full speed and immediately falling!" Williams revealed, laughing. "But I felt like a Ninja Turtle because you're practically invincible in those things. I shouldn't say that – I never hurt myself, because the pads were just so cushy."

He jokingly added, "Yeah, hockey players, you play a cushy sport!" Then, realizing the potential backlash, he quickly retracted, "No, I'm gonna get killed for that. I take that back!"

Hudson Williams Loves His (and Everyone Else's) Stretch Marks:

"I've always appreciated stretch marks – I call them tiger stripes – on both women and men," Williams shared. "One of my close workout buddies, regardless of whether he was losing or gaining weight, would get them very quickly. He had them on his chest and thighs, and I always thought they looked really cool. Fitness and health come in so many different shapes and sizes. I'm happy with my dimples and my… well, my ass stretch marks. I genuinely like them!"

On His Hockey Inspiration and Mamba Mentality:

"I drew a lot of inspiration from Sidney Crosby and Connor McDavid," Williams explained. "They don't seem like the most outwardly sociable guys, but they appear to be genuinely kind, true Canadians… just good people. They're a little bit robotic, not the most charismatic, perhaps – but they seem like the best teammates, completely dedicated to hockey."

He continued, "I also looked to Kobe Bryant, particularly his mentality and his hyper-focused drive. I wanted Shane [Hollander] to be able to transform into this sort of madman on the ice, even though we didn't see a ton of that on screen."

What Hudson Williams Wants Gym-Cautious People to Know:

"To anyone who's never been to a gym and feels intimidated by all the super-muscular people with the biggest thighs, I want you to know that they want to see you there," Williams emphasized. "They don't care where you're coming from. Gym people are generally happy to be there and happy to see you simply show up. There's never a 'wrong' time to start. Any gym you walk into, I'm sure people will welcome you with open arms and support you."

Could this be an over-simplification? Are gyms always welcoming? This is a topic where opinions often differ. Let us know in the comments about your own experiences!
